The sound of vibrating ground or vibrating the air close to the ground?

I’m not convinced haarp is responsible for those strange sounds heard around the world, and it doesn’t feel like mother earth’s surface is rubbing up against her core (does she even have a core if the earth is hollow???). There are too many people hearing them all over the world that seem credible, therefore I don’t see this is a worldwide conspiracy, rather it is a real phenomena…. Is it coming from mother earth groaning and creaking?  Is it another trick of other humans who want to scare and control the masses?

Please research GWEN towers, that are often disguised as cell phone towers that exist in many neighbourhoods. GWEN signals are very low, and they hug the ground… probably would rattle the windows of buildings when cranked up.

In Presidential Decision Directive (PDD) NSTC-6 of March 28, 1996, the President designated the Department of Transportation as the “lead agency for all Federal civil GPS matters.” In addition, the President directed the USDOT to “develop and implement U.S. Government augmentations to the basic GPS for transportation applications.”

In January 1997 the USDOT formed an interagency DGPS Executive Steering Group and a DGPS Policy and Implementation Team to investigate the development of a nationwide differential service to comply with Presidential direction. The findings of the Executive Steering Group determined that building upon existing infrastructure and resources – Coast Guard Maritime Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) sites and conversion of existing US Air Force Ground Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) sites – was the most practical method available to adequately fulfill the PDD and meet the user agency operational and technical needs.

Section 346 of Public Law 105-66, dated October 27, 1997, (Attachment A) grants authority to the USDOT to “take receipt of such equipment and sites of the Ground Wave Emergency Network … as … necessary for the establishment of a nationwide system to be known as the ‘Nationwide Differential Global Positioning System .’”

The Ground-Wave Emergency Network (GWEN) is a communications system that the military is in the process of constructing as we speak. It operates in the very-low-frequency (VLF) range, with transmissions between 150 and 175 kHz. This range was selected because its signals travel by means of waves that have a tendency to hug the ground rather than by radiating into the atmosphere. This signal drops off sharply with distance – a single GWEN stations transmits in a 360 circle to a distance of 250 to 300 miles. The entire GWEN system consists of approximately 300 such stations spread across the United States, each with a tower 300-500 feet high. The stations are from 200 to 250 miles apart, so that a signal can go from coast to coast from one station to another. When the system is completed around 1993, the entire civilian population of the United States will be exposed to the GWEN Transmissions.

APPLICATION OF MILITARY FREQUENCY WEAPONRY :

According to a 1982 Air Force review of biotechnology, ELF has a number of potential military uses, including ”dealing with terrorist groups, crowd control, controlling breaches of security at military installations, and antipersonnel techniques in tactical warfare.”

Physically unimpressive, the towers are presented to the public by the Air Force as radio towers for “emergency communications.”

Each tower will cost $1.4 million, the entire system a billion dollars. Other systems such as AFSATCOM, Milstar, Green Pine, and Giant Talk are designed to provide nuclear war communications at other electromagnetic frequencies and with the same or other weapons systems. Think grid triangulation. Like the old grid paper, put a dot at each corner. expand the box outward. So they found out that the little towers, by the tens of thousands,  they could literally aim any energy like a gun to a single home, a given  range area, and so forth. Big places run by FEMA/NORAD run it all from computers. But they can also go remote, with the proper clearance and hookup.  They found out they didn’t need to get the guns (that’s why the push and schoolyard shootings stopped here; they no longer needed that scare op that worked so well in England, Australia, Germany, ….)

Now…how can you fire a gun or load it, if you are crawling on the ground begging for mercy? If you can imagine the worst abdominable pain there is, then you know how debiliating it is – you simply can’t do anything, but lie on the ground and pray for relief  [Editor's Note: this assertion has been corroborated by Al Bielek, Stewart Swerdlow, Col. Then they can clean up entire streets, districts, small towns, enclaves, as needed. They don’t need to pulse the whole country at once. Only as they do sweeps would they need to fire the machine up. And it is great for little revolts as they are sure to spring up. You can aim this grid like a net, down to the meter’s distance. The French pioneered this technology in the late 70s from Bell Labs. They created a device for crowd control that looks like a big baseball stadium loudspeaker. It fits into the back of a van. Then they’d open the doors, pointing the van at the crowd. I’ve seen the device.

WHAT ARE GWEN TOWERS?
GWEN (Ground Wave Emergency Network) transmitters, placed 200 miles apart across the USA, allow specific frequencies to be tailored to the geomagnetic-field strength in each area, allowing the magnetic field to be altered.

They operate in the VLF range, with transmissions between VLF 150 and 175 KHz. They also emit UHF waves of 225 – 400 MHz.

The VLF signals travel by waves that hug the ground rather than radiate into the atmosphere. A GWEN station transmits up to a 300-mile radius, the signal dropping off sharply over distance. The entire GWEN system consists of, (depending on source of data), from 58 to an intended 300 transmitters, spread across the USA, each with a tower 299-500 ft high.

Three hundred (300) ft. of copper wire fans out in a spoke like fashion from the base of the underground system, interacting with the earth like a thin shelled conductor, radiating radio wave energy for very long distances through the ground. The USA bathes in this magnetic field which rises to 500 ft, even going down to basements, so everyone is subject to mind control.

You continually ponder upon “prayer” for yes, it is indeed impor­tant that you petition and it is most significant HOW you present your petition.  Let us first understand the meaning of “prayer”.  A prayer is truly a “wish”; a wishful call upon the spirit of the hu­man being himself, the Creation part in the Creation collective, meaning “grant me this or that…”.  Those who are con­scious of the force, the knowledge, and the ability of their spirit, no longer resort to such prayers because they al­ready live in the knowledge that the power and might of their spirit is ca­pable of anything.  For that reason, they determine con­stantly, the might of their spirit.  The unspiritual­ized one, being unaware, is unable, and thus seeks to activate his spirit by conscious prayer.  Fur­ther ex­plained, this means that the spiritualized human is always using the forces and abilities of his spirit, and quite consciously, while the unspiritualized one ex­presses only wishes in prayer, and those to an exterior power/force, usually personified, when the source is within through his personal con­tact with The Creation it­self.

A most beauteous prayer was established by Jmmanuel and has not been im­proved upon through the generations, so let us consider it carefully:

KABUL (PAN): On the 10th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in the United States, the Taliban reiterated on Saturday their demand for an independent and impartial investigation into the incident.

About 3,000 people were killed in the attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Centre in New York on the morning of September 11, 2001 when 19 hijackers took control of four commercial airliners en route to San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Five hijackers crashed American Airlines Flight 11 into the World Trade Centre’s North Tower and another five hit the South Tower with the United Airlines Flight 175.

Following resistance from passengers, several hijackers flew American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon, with a fourth plane crashed near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

The US invaded Afghanistan a month later, blaming the Al Qaeda and Taliban for the assaults on the centres of its military and economic might. Ten years on, the war in the impoverished Central Asian continues.

Zabihullah Mujahid, a Taliban spokesman, said the movement had long been seeking a neutral probe into the incident. “But the US and its allies are responding to our logical demand with airstrikes and attacks.”

The Truth About Hair and why Indians would keep their hair long

This information about hair has been hidden from the public since the Viet Nam War .

Our culture leads people to believe that hair style is a matter of personal preference, that hair style is a matter of fashion and/or convenience, and that how people wear their hair is simply a cosmetic issue. Back in the Viet Nam war however, an entirely different picture emerged, one that has been carefully covered up and hidden from public view.

In the early nineties,  Sally [name changed to protect privacy]  was married to a licensed psychologist who worked at a VA Medical hospital. He worked with combat veterans with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder.  Most of them had served in Viet Nam.

Sally said, \” I remember clearly an evening when my husband came back to our apartment on Doctor\’s Circle carrying a thick official looking folder in his hands. Inside were hundreds of pages of certain studies commissioned by the government. He was in shock from the contents. What he read in those documents completely changed his life. From that moment on my conservative middle of the road husband grew his hair and beard and never cut them again. What is more, the VA Medical center let him do it, and other very conservative men in the staff followed his example.  As I read the documents, I learned why. It seems that during the Viet Nam War special forces in the war department had sent undercover experts to comb American Indian Reservations looking for talented scouts, for tough young men trained to move stealthily through rough terrain. They were especially looking for men with outstanding, almost supernatural, tracking abilities. Before being approached, these carefully !

selected men were extensively documented as experts in tracking and survival.

With the usual enticements, the well proven smooth phrases used to enroll new recruits, some of these indian trackers were then enlisted. Once enlisted, an amazing thing happened. Whatever talents and skills they had possessed on the reservation seemed to mysteriously disappear, as recruit after recruit failed to perform as expected in the field.

Serious casualities and failures of performance led the government to contract expensive testing of these recruits, and this is what was found.

When questioned about their failure to perform as expected, the older recruits replied consistantly that when they received their required military haircuts, they could no longer \’sense\’ the enemy, they could no longer access a \’sixth sense\’ ,  their \’intuition\’ no longer was reliable, they couldn\’t \’read\’  subtle signs as well or access subtle extrasensory information.

So the testing institute recruited more indian trackers, let them keep their long hair, and tested them in multiple areas. Then they would pair two men together who had received the same scores on all the tests.  They would let one man in the pair keep his hair long, and gave the other man a military haircut. Then the two men retook the tests.

Time after time the man with long hair kept making high scores. Time after time, the man with the short hair failed the tests in which he had previously scored high scores.

Here is a typical test:

The recruit is sleeping out in the woods.  An armed \’enemy\’ approaches the sleeping man.  The long haired man is awakened out of his sleep by a strong sense of danger and gets away long before the enemy is close, long before any sounds from the approaching enemy are audible.

In another version of this test the long haired man senses an approach and somehow intuits that the enemy will perform a physical attack. He follows his \’sixth sense\’ and stays still, pretending to be sleeping, but quickly grabs the attacker and \’kills\’ him as the attacker reaches down to strangle him.

This same man, after having passed these and other tests, then received a military haircut and consistantly failed these tests, and many other tests that he had previously passed.

So the document recommended that all Indian trackers be exempt from military haircuts. In fact, it required that trackers keep their hair long. \”

Comment:

The mammalian body has evolved over millions of years. Survival skills of human and animal at times seem almost supernatural. Science is constantly coming up with more discoveries about the amazing abilities of man and animal to survive.  Each part of the body has highly sensitive work to perform for the survival and well being of the body as a whole.The body has a reason for every part of itself.

Hair is an extension of the nervous system, it can be correctly seen as exteriorized nerves, a type of highly evolved \’feelers\’ or \’antennae\’ that transmit vast amounts of important information to the brainstem, the limbic system, and the neocortex.

Not only does hair in people, including facial hair in men, provide an information highway reaching the brain,  hair also emits energy, the electromagnetic energy emitted by the brain into the outer environment. This has been seen in Kirlian photography when a person is photographed with long hair and then rephotographed after the hair is cut.

When hair is cut, receiving and sending transmissions to and from the environment are greatly hampered. This results in numbing-out .

Cutting of hair is a contributing factor to unawareness of environmental distress in local ecosystems.  It is also a contributing factor to insensitivity in relationships of all kinds. It contributes to sexual frustration.

Conclusion:

In searching for solutions for the distress in our world, it may be time for us to consider that many of our most basic assumptions about reality are in error.  It may be that a major part of the solution is looking at us in the face each morning when we see ourselves in the mirror.

First Nations and American Indian Leaders Arrested In Front Of White House To Protest Keystone XL Pipeline.

 

Washington DC- American Indian and Canadian Native leaders were arrested today in front of the White House as they refused to move under orders from the police. Representatives of Native governments and Native organizations from the United States and Canada traveled long distances to join thousands of people that have come to Washington DC during the past two weeks to tell US President Barack Obama not to issue a permit for the construction of a controversial 1,900 mile oil pipeline from Canada to the Gulf Coast.

Last Friday, the US Department of State issued the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) concluding the pipeline would have “no significant impact” on the environment. President Obama now has about three months to determine whether the controversial project is in the national interest of the US.

“The Dene National Assembly in northern Canada passed a resolution standing in solidarity with Native Americans and other people opposing this Keystone XL project. We want the people of America to hear our concerns first hand, as peoples’ that live downstream from the tar sands development” said Chief Bill Erasmus, Dene Regional Chief of Northwest Territories and representative of the Assembly of First Nations, Canada’s largest tribal organization.

Gitz Deranger, Dene from the village of Fort Chipewyan, Alberta, located downstream of the tar sands says, ““I have seen the devastation of our environment and people’s health with increased cancer deaths. If Obama approves this pipeline, it would only lead to more of our people needlessly dying.”

“This is an issue of our right to say no, as sovereign independent indigenous nations.   The US government doesn’t have our best interest in mind, nor the rights of Mother Earth” says Deb White Plume, Lakota grassroots leader, with Owe Aku, an Oglala Lakota organization in South Dakota. “Our Lakota people oppose this pipeline because of the potential contamination of the surface water and of the Oglala aquifer.  We have thousands of ancient and historical cultural resources that would be destroyed across our treaty lands.”

“It’s my responsibility as a woman to stand with Mother Earth against corporate male dominated greed.  White Plume stood proud as her hands were handcuffed behind her back and led away.

“This is a matter of life and death, our way of life and our human rights should not be on the altar of US energy policy,” says Pat Spears, a Lakota, with Intertribal Council on Utility Policy, of South Dakota. “The arrogant pollution from mining and pipelines for tar sands oil is totally unnecessary relative to meeting us oil needs.  The building of this pipeline will result in the increase in the cost of oil and its exportation, from the Gulf Coast to other countries. This does not make good economic sense.”

Intro
They say a picture is worth a thousand words. With the human face it’s even more revealing, especially the eyes.

Politicians and many other public figures, if you’ve ever seen a professional one up close, have almost a waxen stiffness and sheen to their phony, memorized expressions. Most public and power characters need to be caught off guard to reveal their true nature, but it’s not necessary. Usually it’s in plain sight. To the intuitive, it’s always clear.

The eyes are the ‘windows of their souls’, while their expressions can also intermittently give away their true nature. But certainly, “actions speak louder than words.”

Here’s a quick selection of some current, and past, leaders, power brokers and influential people of questionable intent and deeds. My comments only serve to single out my impressions and not tell you what to think. This is my casual speculation, for your consideration and to provoke re-evaluation.
Look for the light in many of their eyes–it’s not there.

You might see something else though, something very troubling. Much of this is the opposition to humanity, conscious or unconsciously.

I just received a fascinating message form a youtube viewer and I wanted to put it out there.

Many of you will have heard about the ‘freeman’ or sovereignty movement around the world. I kn ew about it before my court case but didn’t feel I knew enough and understood enough to be able to withstand the onslaught of the (il)legal system. who aint just going to let a few clever guys ruin their game without a fight.

I think that anyone who is brave enough to take the system on I am sure those who have would agree that you must first and foremost completely know and understand your stuff. The way to test it in my experience si to go to courts as often as you can and test it out on lawyers and barristers and even clercs by just catching them here and there, tell them that you are going to court for something or that a friend is and that you are going to say this and that. You will then experience a taste of what it will be like in court. Finally, if you want to try it our perhaps its best to do it on something like council tax for which the punishment is simply paying the bill ! Its a good way of practicing

Anyway, here is the letter he sent which you can also use. I would be fascinated to hear form any barristers or lawyers who read this. I suspect I know what they will say.

In Georgina Ontario Canada, I was charged with driving without a Valid drivers license, in-valid plates, un-registared vehicle, and “Obstruction of Police” (a criminal charge with a max. 2 year sentence attached to it) I was arrested violently for protesting the removal of my personal property by pointing a camera at these arresting officers and forced to stay in a cold jail cell over-night and into the next day. My prescription sunglasses were stepped on and destroyed as were some other personal affects and my camera damaged. No restitution has been offered by the York Regional Police to date and am not expecting it anytime soon. I had been awaiting the opportunity to challenge this fraudulent de-facto court system and criminal Police organization for 3 years and decided to do just that by defending myself and did. Here is the outcome.

On Oct 19th, while in the court room, and after not rising for “her worship” and submitting to their (the courts) jurisdiction that way, the court clerk yelled at me and called for the police. I calmly walked out of the court and sat just outside on a bench, watching as the police came swarming. 10 officers all together I believe is what there were in total. Once they finally exhausted all of their top notch investigative skills and found that I was the guy who didn’t “Rise” for “her worship”, ( it was comical watching them looking up and down the halls for me) they attempted to intimidate me with threats of arrest to which I replied with ” if you touch me, you will be charged with assault under the common law, I have not consented to your jurisdiction” They didn’t touch me but continued their techniques of intimidation which continued to fail. When the older Police officer, senior member I guess, came to me and informed me that I would be going back into the court room and would rise when my name was called, I replied with ” are you trying to force me to commit perjury?” He replied with “absolutely not” Changing his method of technique, he stated that I would “behave myself” as well as a bunch of other commands, ending his tirade with “do you understand” to which I replied with “No I do not understand” he then proceeded to go through it all again asking at the end again if I ” understood?” I again replied with ” No, I do not stand under your jurisdiction” – game over.
They called the NAME of the trust again while I was being detained and threatened by the policy enforcers. When the NAME didn’t appear in the court room, the judge issued a bench warrant for the arrest of the NAME. When the policy enforcers asked me my name, I replied with ” I go by Dad, son, bro, and Rick among others” and handed the birth certificate to them stating that ” this is what you are looking for” and that they had “No claim of jurisdiction over me the human being”

After all of that, I went back into the court to remain in honor and settle the issue with the TRUST/ the NAME. They had me surrounded by 7 policy enforcers in yet another attempt to intimidate me into submission to their jurisdiction. I should also add that they had by now cleared the courtroom and had my guests, and members of the public, leave the court room. I was left alone to deal with this without the benefit of witnesses. It failed and they remanded the case to another courtroom with another judge. Meanwhile, keeping in mind the whole time, the crown council, a very confident and cocky women for the previous cases, was quite visibly nervous in dealing with me and was fumbling over her words, even referring to the birth cert that I offered into the court, as a “drivers license” from the province of New Brunswick. I corrected her promptly and she stood corrected in front of the court. This woman would not face me directly in either courtroom on either day.

My case was then remanded to another court and another day as the older lady judge didn’t know how or want to deal with me. My case was set for Nov 10th 2010. When the NAME was called, I came into the court room and stood just behind the bar. When told to approach, I stated ” I am fine here, I choose not to cross the bar” They said they needed me to because they “could not hear me” I replied with ” That’s ok, I can speak up, I have a loud voice” That was that. I was then asked if I the NAME (first and last names) and I replied with, ” I am the Agent for the capitalized name and I claim common law jurisdiction” like I had done during the previous court appearance on Oct 19th. They didn’t want to hear that and asked me a couple more times if I was the NAME (first and last names) and I again repeated ” I am the Agent for the capitalized name and I claim common law jurisdiction” The judge reacted as if he was annoyed and asked me to sit down and he would deal with me later. I didn’t sit down and gathered my stuff up and went back outside the court room and sat down on a bench awaiting the NAME to be called once again. I short while later, we see the older police constable that was giving me such a hard time, and by the way, he was taking down notes about me, including what I was wearing and staring at me while doing it before the appearance in court. He along with a few others made a bee-line for a small office outside the court. I watched them as I sat outside the court go into that room and after about 5 mins, they came out of that room, went back into court and very soon after that The NAME was called again.

When it was all said and done, the NAME was called ( I was seated once again outside on a bench) and they attempted one last time to trick me into accepting the TRUST as me, the flesh and blood human being and failed. The legal aid attorney came to me and asked if was going to be hiring a lawyer, I replied with ” No..?” She then asked “will you be applying for legal aid?” ( Begging for legal aid ) and I again said ” No..?” That was it, they gave up and the floor was then handed over to the “other” crown council, one who could deal with what had to be done, where he went on to explain to the court ( or rather, save face) that although the charges were legitimate, they felt that the case should have been held in a lower community court and that even though the criminal charge of ” Obstruction of Police” was a valid charge, after their looking into of the case, they were “withdrawing the charges” Judge says to me, the flesh and blood human being “you are free to go” to which I replied ” while looking at the people seated next to me ” of course I am..thank you”

It is important to note that I did win and that weren’t going to admit to the entire court room of seated pawns that I was right and they were playing a game that I had a full knowledge of and this is why they addressed the court the way they did, by stating “that they felt the charges were legit” etc..

It so important for people to hold their ground. I was so very nervous before going in and leading up to the day, but once I was in the court room and began standing my ground, a calm came over me, both times. I encourage everyone reading this to do your homework, it isn’t hard to do. I am not an academic, I am a musician, but have a tenacity and a spirit that will never let me down and never has. I work hard at it and you can to. If people learn and spread this knowledge everywhere to all they come into contact with, you will be doing more for your future and the future of your children than any and every soldier did in any war, for this is what will bring about freedom and peace for all men on earth.

I wish I could help everybody out there in need and by writing up this transcript of what went down and how I handled it, I hope to do just that. Help.
Do your homework but keep my transcript close at hand. Refer to it. When you have your own success, please do the same. My heart goes out to those who have been accosted and treated awful by this heartless system. I understand your pain and your fear of it. Use your fear and find strength in my words to take on this battle. If you can’t, then don’t and don’t worry about it. There will be other ways to contribute to this battle for human dignity.

Yet 70% of North Americans believe that the trading privileges afforded to the Chinese should be suspended.

Well, duh.Why do you need the government to suspend trading privileges?

SIMPLY DO IT YOURSELF NORTH AMERICA!!

Simply look on the bottom of every product you buy, and if it says ‘Made in China ‘ or ‘PRC’ (and that now includes Hong Kong), simplychoose another product, or none at all.

You will be amazed at how dependent you are on Chinese products, and you will be equally amazed at what you can do without.

Who needs plastic eggs to celebrate Easter? If you must have eggs, use real ones and benefit some North American farmer. Easter is just an example; the point is not waiting for the government to act.. Just go ahead and assume control on your own..

Canadian Thermos bottles were made here for many years.. Thermos sold out in the 1990′s and now the bottles, those keep our food warm or cold are now made in CHINA . We lost—about 200 jobs!

Just one month of trading losses, will hit the Chinese for 1/12th of the total, or 8%, of their North American exports. Then they will at least have to ask themselves if the benefits of their arrogance and lawlessness were worth it.

In addition the Bush/Cheney/Clinton cabal have called upon the 800,000 richest Americans to unite behind them. The freezing of many accounts may thus be a form of blackmail aimed at forcing cooperation.

 

Meanwhile, the Gnostic faction has contacted the White Dragon Society to inform it they would continue toppling all autocratic regimes in the Middle-East and elsewhere. House Republicans and Senate Democrats in talks to avoid government shutdown

Washington (CNN) – With funding for the federal government set to expire in less than two weeks, Senate Democrats and House Republicans are in discussions to avoid a government shutdown, a Senate Democratic leadership source told CNN.

News of the negotiations comes a day after several Republican lawmakers indicated they might accept a short-term spending bill as long as it included at least some spending reductions and not necessarily the deeper cuts the House approved last weekend.

Senate Democratic leaders reacted positively to those comments Monday, said the source, and hope it will lead to an agreement before March 4, when a government shutdown would begin if the House and Senate fail to reach an agreement.

Amarillo, Texas – As federal lawmakers battle over the budget in Washington DC, their decisions, or in this case, lack there of, could greatly affect your everyday life.

NewsChannel 10′s Kristen Guilfoos looked into what could happen in the government shuts down.

Republicans and Democrats have less than two weeks to reach an agreement on the nation’s budget… If they can’t find common ground by March 4th, the government will run out of money and most services will be shut down.

That means the government benefit checks so many people in our area rely on will be delayed, since those who work the computers generating the checks will be furloughed.

We spoke with several people today who all say if that were to happen, they don’t know what they’d do. Rocco Mazzini, who depends on those checks fear what could happen. He says, “Eviction. Your rent is due on a certain day. Your lights could get shut off. There are penalties for that. Your gas. Your food only lasts a certain amount of time. You buy what you can on a limited access of money.”

If lawmakers force a shut-down, national parks, museums, passport and visa operations, along with welfare, veteran’s health services and federal housing administration would be closed.

There are a few services that you’d still have access to… Postal workers and the TSA at airports will continue to work.

The last time the government shut down was in office back in 1995 when Clinton was in office… The feds closed for 5 days while they sorted everything out.

Feb. 21–CHARLESTON, W.Va.–Rep. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va., said she is “excruciatingly opposed” to a government shutdown if Congress can’t agree on a stopgap federal spending bill in the next two weeks.

“I think it would really damage the credibility of the congress we have now and just infuriate people,” Capito said in a telephone interview Sunday.

“What I’m hearing from people is, ‘Get your work done,’” she said.

Capito returned to Charleston after the spending bill passed the House just before dawn on Saturday.

The federal government has been operating on a series of “continuing resolutions” instead of an actual budget since the federal budget year began in October.

The widely talked about budget President Obama introduced earlier this month is for the budget year than begins this coming October. His previous year’s budget remains in limbo as congress continues to opt for continuing resolutions rather than adopting a full budget based on his proposal for this current year.

(Reuters) – Senior Senate Democrats slammed Republicans on Sunday for a “reckless” threat to shut down the government amid deepening political posturing on both sides over federal spending and the budget deficit.

The House of Representatives voted on Saturday to cut federal spending by $61 billion through September. But the Republican measure will likely die because Democrats who control the Senate oppose it and President Barack Obama vowed to veto it.

Obama has outlined his own plan for less-severe spending cuts in 2012, and has warned that tightening the belt too much too soon could harm the slow economic recovery.

Democratic Senator Charles Schumer criticized House Speaker John Boehner and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell over talk among some Republicans that they would rather shut down the government than relent on their spending cut demands.

“Unfortunately Speaker Boehner seems to be on a course that would inevitably lead to a shutdown … That’s reckless,” Schumer said on CNN’s “State of the Union” program.

“We have said shutdown is off the table … Boehner, Mitch McConnell, other Republican leaders have not taken it off the table when asked, and there are lots of people on the hard right clamoring for a shutdown.”

With the government funded only through March 4, the government could run out of money if lawmakers fail to act, but both sides have been urging compromise. That was seen as the likeliest outcome, even by one of the House’s new breed of small-government, deficit-slashing freshman Republicans.

It’s Certain: A Government Shutdown Is Coming In Just Two Weeks!!

Barring some sort of deus ex machina, it seems certain that a government shutdown is coming in just two weeks (March 4, when the existing temporary funding bill runs out).

After the GOP-led house passed its bill in the early hours of Saturday morning, the spending debate moves to the Democrat-controlled Senate, which will pass a totally different bill that the House would never approve. But, as WaPo notes, the Senate is on break all next week, which means there will be just four working days to hammer out an agreement.

That is really unlikely, since Speaker Boehner has said his side won’t even agree to very short-term stopgap measures, as has sometimes been done in the past.

In a typical move by committee monster Kissinger he told Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto “We will make a horrible example of you if you continue with your nation building.” Bhutto was later judicially assassinated by committee member General Zia-ul-Hak. The same people killed his daughter Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.

 

Prime Minister Aldo Moro was killed on the orders of committee member Bettino Craxi, who created the Red Brigades in order to have an enemy required to justify fascism.

The US House of Representatives Sub-Committee on Energy is one of their main strongholds in Washington.
Meanwhile a Japanese agent who has sub-contracted for David Rockefeller and the committee had his own startling revelations.

Representatives of a Southern Chinese power broker, who claimed connections with the Federal Reserve Board, also came to offer this writer an astronomical bribe last week. There is an Intaglia printing press in Southern China that prints US dollars and clearly the owners of this printing press wish to maintain their control over this particular dollar printing subsidiary. This can be arranged provided the Southern Chinese faction ceases to cooperate with the Satanist committee and their agents. No bribes, however, will be accepted by the White Dragon.

 

The White Dragon Societies calls for the creation of a new meritocratically staffed organization to replace the Federal Reserve Board and the IMF to take over the issuance of US dollars. It also wants a global economic planning agency to be set up to carry out projects, such as ending poverty, stopping environmental destruction, greening deserts, exploring space etc.

 

The Rothchilds and European Royal Bloodlines, for their part, are asking for a sovereign island with two UN seats and unlimited funding in exchange for their cooperation. This is something the White Dragon can live with.
